IDEA: Users should be able to pin specific chats to the top of the Sphere, or Admins should be able to have a chat that’s pinned for everyone.
What do you mean on here? I believe only admin and moderators at a push have that power. Everybody leader and below…Nope.

These are feature suggestions for the Sphere app, rather than the community. So users should could potentially pin the chats that are most important to them.
