Hey everyone 
When we shipped the first version of our Events feature, almost a month ago, we talked a little bit about how that was just the first step, and how the feature would improve over time.
I’m happy to say that we’ve now shipped a few new improvements to the feature, which internally we’ve been referring to as “Events V2” 
So I wanted to talk a little bit about what’s included in the scope of the V2 version, and a little bit about what’s coming next.
Now, in the Events feature, you’re able to:
Delete an Event, should you need to.
You can now edit an Event. When you do so, you have the option to notify everyone that the details of the event have changed. This will also trigger a message in the associated Chat, which states the changes that have been made to the event. See the screenshot above for what this looks like in the chat!
You’re also now able to nudge the people that haven’t yet responded to the invitation via push notification - either individually, or as a whole.
These updates are now live on all platforms - iOS, Web and Android! 
So what’s next? 
Well, we’re already hard at work on V3, and it’s a simple, but powerful change. Events V3, which is currently on track to ship in March, will provide a single place in the app where you can see all Events, both upcoming ones and past ones
